In modern transport operations, dump trailers are widely used for moving sand, gravel, demolition debris, agricultural products, and industrial waste. The efficiency of unloading directly affects daily productivity and operating cost.
A dump trailer hydraulic system mainly relies on two critical components:
1) Hydraulic Cylinder – converts hydraulic pressure into linear force to raise and lower the trailer bed.
2) Hydraulic Power Pack – provides pressurized hydraulic oil flow through motor, pump, reservoir, and control valves.
In this project, the customer needed a robust and compact hydraulic solution for medium-to-heavy duty dump trailers, with consistent lifting performance under frequent loading cycles

B. Dump Trailer Hydraulic Power Packs
Power Pack Type: DC hydraulic power pack (12V/24V) for mobile trailer application, with optional AC station for fixed-site scenarios.
For mobile dumping applications, the dump trailer hydraulic power pack uses a DC hydraulic power pack design with a high-torque motor and a double acting hydraulic pump for fast pressure build-up, stable lifting/lowering, and reliable load control. With integrated safety valves, compact tank design, and optional wired or wireless control, it delivers efficient cycle times, safer operation, and lower failure risk.

Resumo
This project delivers a complete dump trailer hydraulic solution by integrating the right hydraulic cylinder with a properly matched DC hydraulic power unit (12V/24V).
Based on trailer structure, payload, and duty cycle, the solution provides three cylinder options—telescopic cylinder, hydraulic jack cylinder, and scissor hoist kit—to cover compact, standard, and heavy-duty tipping applications.
On the power side, the selected hydraulic power packs are configured for suitable flow rate, pressure capacity, and control stability, ensuring reliable lifting/lowering speed and safe full-load performance under frequent operating cycles.
