I. Core Structure Analysis

Power Module

• DC Motor : Typically a 24V/12V low-voltage motor, compatible with vehicle or equipment DC power sources, providing power output.
• Hydraulic Pump : Primarily a gear pump/vane pump, converting the motor’s mechanical energy into hydraulic fluid pressure energy to output high-pressure oil.

Control Module

• Valve Assembly : The yellow knob is a pressure relief valve: sets the system’s maximum operating pressure to prevent overload.
• Integrated oil port interfaces: connect hydraulic hoses to control fluid flow direction and on/off states (requires external directional control valves).

Auxiliary Components

• Energy Storage / Control Unit : May be an electromagnetic coil (for valve control) or a miniature accumulator (for pressure stabilization).

II. Operational Logic

• Upon energization, the motor drives the hydraulic pump to rotate, drawing hydraulic fluid from the reservoir (external connection required).
• The pump pressurizes the fluid, which is then delivered through the valve assembly to hydraulic actuators (e.g., cylinders), driving their operation.
• The pressure regulating valve limits system pressure to prevent component damage from over pressure.
